We work with your activities team to keep the experience comfortable and appropriately paced. This is a recreational animal visit, not a medical or therapy service.
What your visit includes

Space, setting & animal care
Indoor options depend on a suitable approved space, flooring, ventilation, temperature, access, sanitation, guest flow and animal welfare; outdoor formats need a weather backup.
Animal selection is always subject to availability, suitability, handler approval and animal welfare. A specific animal or count is not guaranteed until approved for your event.
Travel & booking
Travel within 10 driving miles of our service base is included. For locations beyond 10 miles, a travel fee of $3 per additional round-trip mile applies to the distance beyond our included 10-mile radius. Partial excess miles are rounded up. Longer or logistically complex trips require individual review before a final quote. Tolls, parking, ferries, bridge/tunnel charges, unusual access and extraordinary travel expenses may be added separately when applicable.
An inquiry does not reserve a date. Your booking is Confirmed only after availability is approved, the signed Service Agreement is received, and the non-refundable booking retainer is received. The retainer is applied toward your event total. The signed Service Agreement is the controlling booking document.

Can residents participate while seated?
We can plan seated-friendly introductions when access and space are suitable. Please tell us about your residents' needs in the inquiry.
Do you offer recurring visits?
Yes. Ask about a quarterly or seasonal visit proposal based on your preferred dates and format.
Is this animal therapy?
No. These are recreational, supervised animal visits; we do not offer treatment or medical outcomes.
