Space, setting & animal care
Tell us about your event footprint, loading access and anticipated lines. Outdoor events need a weather contingency; indoor plans require a suitable-space review.
Animal selection is always subject to availability, suitability, handler approval and animal welfare. A specific animal or count is not guaranteed until approved for your event.
Travel & booking
Travel within 10 driving miles of our service base is included. For locations beyond 10 miles, a travel fee of $3 per additional round-trip mile applies to the distance beyond our included 10-mile radius. Partial excess miles are rounded up. Longer or logistically complex trips require individual review before a final quote. Tolls, parking, ferries, bridge/tunnel charges, unusual access and extraordinary travel expenses may be added separately when applicable.
An inquiry does not reserve a date. Your booking is Confirmed only after availability is approved, the signed Service Agreement is received, and the non-refundable booking retainer is received. The retainer is applied toward your event total. The signed Service Agreement is the controlling booking document.

Can you accommodate a large festival?
Possibly. High-attendance events need a custom proposal after we review guest flow, staffing, site and animal welfare.
Why might my final quote differ from the starting price?
Attendance, event duration, guest flow, staffing, animal selection, setup and travel are reviewed for each event.
