Terms & Booking Policies

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date. Events must be requested at least seven days in advance so our team can prepare the animals, staffing, transportation, sanitation supplies, and event equipment. Your event is confirmed only after availability is approved, your service agreement is signed, and your booking retainer is received.

• A non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve your date and is applied toward your total balance.
• Little Explorer $100 · Barnyard Adventure $150 · Signature Farm Experience $250 · Ultimate Farm Celebration $400 · Private Backyard Farm Venue $500 minimum.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
• Bookings made within 10 days of the event may require payment in full at booking.

Final quotes may vary based on travel, setup requirements, staffing, approved add-ons, weather planning, and animal-welfare needs. Anything different from the standard schedule is stated in your written proposal.

Travel within a 10-mile radius is included. For locations beyond the 10-mile radius, a travel fee of $5 per additional mile applies, measured by one-way driving distance from our service base to your event and rounded up to the next whole mile.

Tolls, parking, ferry costs, unusual access requirements, or other extraordinary travel expenses may be quoted separately when applicable. Farther-distance events remain subject to availability and operational feasibility.

Weather and rescheduling are handled according to your signed service agreement and the arrangements made for your specific event. Please contact us as early as possible if the forecast looks uncertain so we can plan the best option together, such as a covered setup or an alternate date when available.

• A flat outdoor area (about 15x15 ft for most packages) and reasonable parking or loading access are needed.
• Household pets must be secured away from the animal area for the duration of the visit.
• Our handlers supervise all animal interaction and may pause interactions for guest safety or animal welfare.
• Where pool access is approved for private events, animal areas and swimming areas remain supervised and separate.

Add-on and enhancement availability may vary with location, weather, staffing, and setup requirements. Requests are not confirmed until they appear in your final written proposal. Pony rides are not currently available.

We sometimes take photos or short videos at events. Tell us before or during your event if you prefer we do not use media from your event publicly, and we will honor that.
