Animal Welfare Statement

Last updated February 2026

Our animals are family first and performers never. Every decision we make at an event starts with how they feel.

Our commitments

  • Animals travel in clean, ventilated, appropriately sized transport with secure footing.
  • Fresh water, shade, and quiet rest areas are available at every event.
  • Scheduled rest breaks are built into every visit, and handlers can add more at any time.
  • Interaction is always supervised by a trained handler.
  • Any animal showing stress, fatigue, or discomfort is removed from interaction immediately.
  • Animals are never made to perform tricks, wear costumes that restrict movement, or interact against their behavior cues.

Guest guidelines that protect the animals

  • Gentle hands only — our handlers show every child how to approach and pet safely.
  • No chasing, picking up, or feeding outside the supervised feeding experience.
  • Only the food we provide may be offered to the animals.
  • Household pets stay secured and separate from the animal area.
  • Calm voices near the pen; excited play stays outside the animal area.

Hygiene & guest safety

Equipment is cleaned and sanitized between events, and hand sanitizer is provided on site. We ask that all guests sanitize or wash their hands after touching the animals, before eating, and before leaving the animal area. Guests with allergies or compromised immunity should take extra care and may prefer to observe.

Environment & weather

Extreme heat, cold, storms, or unsafe ground conditions can put animals at risk. We may adjust the setup, shorten interaction periods, or work with you on alternate arrangements when conditions require it. Welfare always takes priority over the schedule.

Growing our family responsibly

We add new animals slowly and only when temperament, socialization, and our ability to care for them fully support it. That is why some animals appear as “coming soon” rather than as bookable options.
