When you submit an event inquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred event date and time, event type, event address or town, estimated guest count, package and add-on interests, venue logistics answers, and any message or special request you write.

We also record your communication preferences (whether you agree to be called or texted) and your acknowledgement of our booking policies.

• To review availability and respond to your event request.
• To prepare a written proposal, service agreement, and invoice.
• To coordinate travel, setup, staffing, and animal-welfare planning for your event.
• To contact you about your event by email, and by phone or text only if you agreed to it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

We record a small amount of first-party, privacy-conscious usage data — for example which page an event occurred on, whether the device was mobile or desktop, and an anonymous session identifier stored only in your browser session. This data contains no names, emails, or phone numbers and is used solely to understand how the site is working.

To limit abuse of our inquiry form we store a one-way hashed, salted fingerprint derived from network information. It cannot be reversed to identify you.

We use trusted providers to run this website, store inquiries securely, and deliver email notifications. They process data only on our behalf and under their own security obligations.

We keep inquiries and event records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and record-keeping needs. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or withdraw call/text consent, by emailing hello@littlehoovesandfriends.com. For text messages you may also reply STOP at any time.

Our website and inquiry form are intended for adults booking events. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
