Space, setting & animal care
Tell us about the setting and access. Indoor moments require a suitable-space review; outdoor moments need a weather plan. Human food is kept separate from animal feed and animal-contact surfaces.
Animal selection is always subject to availability, suitability, handler approval and animal welfare. A specific animal or count is not guaranteed until approved for your event.
Travel & booking
Travel within 10 driving miles of our service base is included. For locations beyond 10 miles, a travel fee of $3 per additional round-trip mile applies to the distance beyond our included 10-mile radius. Partial excess miles are rounded up. Longer or logistically complex trips require individual review before a final quote. Tolls, parking, ferries, bridge/tunnel charges, unusual access and extraordinary travel expenses may be added separately when applicable.
An inquiry does not reserve a date. Your booking is Confirmed only after availability is approved, the signed Service Agreement is received, and the non-refundable booking retainer is received. The retainer is applied toward your event total. The signed Service Agreement is the controlling booking document.

Can I request a particular animal?
Tell us your preference. The final selection is approved around animal welfare, venue suitability and availability.
Are gifts and keepsakes included?
They are optional and quoted individually; individual add-on prices are not fixed here. Our team prepares them in-house.
Is the Gentle Comfort Visit therapy?
No. It is a recreational short-format animal visit, not therapy or a medical service.
