We scope guest flow, staffing and venue needs with your planner before preparing a proposal. Larger activations are designed individually.
What your visit includes

Space, setting & animal care
Outdoor plans require a weather backup; indoor delivery is possible only when the space and event operations are approved. Share any venue paperwork requests for owner review.
Animal selection is always subject to availability, suitability, handler approval and animal welfare. A specific animal or count is not guaranteed until approved for your event.
Travel & booking
Travel within 10 driving miles of our service base is included. For locations beyond 10 miles, a travel fee of $3 per additional round-trip mile applies to the distance beyond our included 10-mile radius. Partial excess miles are rounded up. Longer or logistically complex trips require individual review before a final quote. Tolls, parking, ferries, bridge/tunnel charges, unusual access and extraordinary travel expenses may be added separately when applicable.
An inquiry does not reserve a date. Your booking is Confirmed only after availability is approved, the signed Service Agreement is received, and the non-refundable booking retainer is received. The retainer is applied toward your event total. The signed Service Agreement is the controlling booking document.
